Directions and forms of communication between civil society and the judiciary in Ukraine: general theoretical characteristics

The article is devoted to the general theoretical characteristics of directions and forms communication between civil society judiciary in Ukraine. It substantiated that stable, continuous based on principles transparency, dialogue, transparency. Based generalization modern experience judiciary, systematization views domestic foreign scholars identified characterized main areas communication: 1) public control over activities judiciary; 2) accountability (reporting, responsibility) 3) informing government; 4) consulting with public.
 a kind social control, one exercising constitutional powers people, which consists direct, free by entities their officials officials. such as: monitoring, expertise, hearings, inspection, investigation. accordance European standards justice are: responsibility judges for decisions during appellate review case ("accountability judiciary"); transparency judges' activity; "explanatory accountability", ie other branches government as whole; "punitive if judge involved illegal actions, he must bear disciplinary or criminal responsibility.
